We vaccinate your animals according to their individual needs:
Dogs:
Combination vaccine against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, kennel cough and leptospirosis.
Housecats:
Cat distempter, cat flu
Cats with spout:
Cat distempter, cat flu and leukosis.

The rabies vaccination isn't mandatory in Switzerland. But it's required for the border crossing.

Since 2006 all dogs have to be chipped in Switzerland, so they are clearly identifiable. The microchip is the size of a grain of rice and is implanted under the skin. With a reader, the numeric code can be read. The code is valid worldwide. We also recommend to chip cats, even if it is not obligatory. Through the microchip, a  runaway cat wich is found can be identified quickly and assigned to the owners.

For traveling abroad with dogs and cats, a pet passport is mandatory. During our opening hours we issue these passports.

We use our ultrasound with color flow for the diagnosis of diseases of the internal organs and for pregnancy examinations.

We carry out cardiological examinations: Cardiac ultrasound, ECG and blood pressure measurements. This means that not only congenital heart defects can be detected early, but acquired heart diseases can also be diagnosed and treated.

We use our in-house laboratory for rapid diagnosis, especially in emergencies, in order to initiate treatment immediately. If required, we also work with external laboratories.
General health status, in example before surgery, age checks, hematology (e.g., white and red blood count), blood chemistry and electrolytes, urine and excrement tests, microscopy, cytology / histology, rapid tests for the clarification of infectious diseases

In the bright animal room, we offer generous boxes for our patients if hospitalization is necessary. This allows intensive treatment and monitoring. We always do our best  to make the stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Of course, the owners are allowed to visit their pets. On request, we take care of pets during the owners holidays.

We are happy to advise you about the ideal food for your pet and to respond to individual needs and illnesses. Numerous feeds from Hill's, Royal Canin, Vet Concept and Purina are available in our practice or can be ordered for you.

In our petshop we have a selection of toys, cribs, blankets, brushes and much more. If you have any further requests, we will gladly order these items for you.

On request, home visits can be made.

During opening hours, emergencies are always accepted. Outside the opening hours, we have a regulated emergency service. The number of the veterinarian on duty is stated on the telephone answering machine.

As we have a large cat box, we can take in vacation cats so that their owners can go on vacation carefree. Of course, the animals are also well looked after and treated if necessary.

Saying goodbye to your pet is very difficult and sad. We are also happy to support our customers in organizing the cremation. We work together with the Seon, Dicentra and Schaffisheim crematoria. Some urns and pieces of jewelry are on display in our practice.
